- You see confirmation in the dashboard
Multiple Registers
Create separate Payment Links for each register or location to track sales by source.Best Practices
Naming Convention
Use clear, descriptive names:- Good: “Store Front Register”, “Event Ticket - VIP”, “Monthly Donation”
- Avoid: “Link 1”, “Test”
Expiration
- Set expiration dates for time-sensitive links (event tickets, limited offers)
- Leave expiration blank for permanent collection points
Tracking
- Create separate links for different campaigns or sources
- Review payment history per link to track performance
Security
- Don’t share links publicly unless intended for public use
- Disable links that are no longer needed
- Regenerate links if you suspect unauthorized access
QR Code Tips
Printing
- Print QR codes at least 2cm x 2cm for reliable scanning
- Use high contrast (dark code on light background)
- Include a brief instruction: “Scan to pay with Bousol”
Display
- Position at eye level for easy scanning
- Ensure adequate lighting
- Avoid placing behind glass (causes glare)
