Configure your organization’s profile, payment preferences, and platform settings.

Overview

Settings control how your organization operates on the Bousol platform:
  • Organization Profile — Business information and branding
  • Payment Settings — Currencies, fees, and settlement
  • Notification Preferences — Email and SMS settings
  • Security Settings — Authentication and access controls

Accessing Settings

Click Settings in the sidebar to access organization settings.

Organization Profile

Basic Information

Payment Settings

Accepted Currencies

Configure which currencies you accept:

Default Currency

Set the default currency for new invoices and payment links.

Vault Accounts

Your organization’s Stellar accounts for receiving and sending funds:

Note: Vault accounts are configured during onboarding. Contact support to modify.

Fees

View fee configuration for your organization:

Fee structures are set during contract negotiation. Contact your account manager to discuss changes.

Notification Settings

Email Notifications

Configure when to send emails:

Security Settings

Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)

Require 2FA for all users:
  1. Go to SettingsSecurity
  2. Enable Require 2FA for all users
  3. Users without 2FA will be prompted to set it up

Session Settings

IP Allowlist

Restrict dashboard access to specific IP addresses:
  1. Go to SettingsSecurityIP Allowlist
  2. Add allowed IP addresses or CIDR ranges
  3. Enable the allowlist
Warning: Ensure you include your current IP before enabling.

Approval Thresholds

Configure when payouts require approval:

Developer Settings

API Access

Enable or disable API access for your organization:
  • API Enabled — Allow API key creation and use
  • Sandbox Mode — Enable test environment

Configure webhook endpoints to receive event notifications:
  • Webhook URL — Your server endpoint
  • Events — Which events to receive
  • Secret — For verifying webhook signatures

Invoice Settings

Invoice Numbering

Payment Page

Data & Privacy

Data Export

Export all your organization data:
  1. Go to SettingsData
  2. Click Request Export
  3. Receive download link via email

  • Audit logs

Data Retention

Configure how long data is retained:

Danger Zone

Transfer Ownership

Transfer organization ownership to another user:
  1. Go to SettingsDanger Zone
  2. Click Transfer Ownership
  3. Select the new owner (must be an existing admin)
  4. Confirm with your password

Delete Organization

Permanently delete your organization and all data:
Warning: This action cannot be undone.
  1. Go to SettingsDanger Zone
  2. Click Delete Organization
  3. Type your organization name to confirm
  4. Enter your password
